March is a month of reflection. With Eid approaching and Mother’s Day reminding us of the foundations that shape us, it is a time to recognise growth—not just in scale, but in responsibility, values, and purpose.
I have witnessed the evolution of Dhamani 1969 from its earlier years as a wholesale-focused business, working closely with partners in Bangkok, to what it represents today—a brand rooted in heritage, now taking its first steps into retail in Saudi Arabia. This journey has been defined by patience, discipline, and long-term thinking.
As Director of Strategic Operations, I have seen how every phase of growth demands clarity and accountability. Expansion is not only about entering new markets; it is about respecting culture, understanding people, and building with intent. Our presence in Saudi Arabia represents more than a milestone—it reflects a shared belief in sustainable growth, craftsmanship, and legacy.
Saudi Vision 2030 has created space for businesses to evolve responsibly, emphasizing quality, innovation, and meaningful contribution. It is inspiring to see women playing an increasingly visible role in this transformation—leading businesses, shaping strategy, and contributing to the Kingdom’s economic and cultural progress.
Eid reminds us of gratitude and balance, while Mother’s Day brings focus back to guidance and values passed down through generations. These principles mirror how many women lead—quietly, consistently, and with purpose.
At Dhamani 1969, women have always been integral to how we think, operate, and grow. Our journey—from wholesale beginnings to our first retail presence in Saudi Arabia—has been shaped by women who understand that true success lies in building something that lasts.
